Max is by Dr Bruce Cattanach’s spectacular young bobtail dog, Harry

(brother to Steynmere Sunshine Girl and Steynmere Shining Star Over Clarkenwells)

As can be seen from the photos, Max is a bobtail Boxer

and so carries the gene for a naturally short tail

He will be joining Cherry, his full-tailed sister, in the ring when a little older
